LED modules are rich in applications.

They play an important role in many fields.

In fact, understanding LED modules are simple.

It has better brightness and the ability to change colors.

C.COB LED

Similar to SMD chips, COB LEDs have multiple diodes, usually about nine or more.

PBCs for each product is customized and require different designs and materials in order to meet various needs.

With the growing interest in more efficient and cost-effective lighting methods.

However, much of the function of an LED depends on the temperature of its system.

For many companies, the solution to this problem is aluminum-based PCBs.

The main advantages of aluminum-based PCBs are the followings.

Compared to other materials, aluminum is more durable and robust, and also resistant to impact and thermal damage

Part Two Indoor LED Module?Outdoor LED Module? What’s the difference?

Indoor led module as the name implies is the LED module used in indoor placement.

The main application scenarios are the performance stage, exhibition, auditorium, etc.

2.Outdoor LED module

The Outdoor LED module as the name implies is placed in the outdoor use of the LED module.

The main application scenarios are sports fields, advertising scscreensoutdoor squares, etc.

3.Difference

(1) Brightness

The brightness of indoor and outdoor is different.

Outdoor light is stronger, so the display brightness of outdoor LED modules is generally not reflective after processing and need to be able to display the content even in strong light.

(2) Environment

The outdoor environment is variable, and because outdoor LED modules are placed outdoors for a long time, so it is inconvenient to repair and maintain, so outdoor LED modules have higher requirements for dustproof and waterproofing.

(3) Observation distance

The higher the pixel, the clearer the display.

Obviously, the indoor LED module has a higher requirement for pixels.

Because indoors, people can observe the indoor LED module at a close distance.

Because the size of LED modules is simple to measure, this part will not be a problem.

It is worth noting that most LED modules are fixed in size and may require customization if you need a special size.

2. Location of installation

(1) Indoor or outdoor?

First of all, you need to clarify whether the location of the LED module installation is indoor or outdoor.

Because indoor or outdoor, the LED module type you need is very different.

(2) Frontal service or back service?

Second, you need to clarify whether your screen needs to be installed against the wall.

If wall mounting, you can consider the frontal service LED module.

(3) Rental or fixed?

Depending on your installation location, you can also have a preliminary thought on whether to choose the rental form.

The price of leasing and purchasing is definitely different.

At the same time, the rental will also have an impact on the type of LED module.

3. Control system

(1) Synchronous control

Synchronous control requires a wired link between the computer and the controller.

The effect that can be achieved by synchronous control is the screen and computer screen synchronization.

(2) Asynchronous control

Asynchronous control supports computers, cell phones, and tablets linked by way of wireless WIFI.

The effect that can be achieved by asynchronous control is that the LED module can play the screen alone, without the support of other devices’ synchronized screens.
